For those who have been using my monthly maintenance plan, something will be changing starting today. These changes will improve the service, as well as the communication around this offering. Starting today, instead of the previous schedule of web site update checking happening once a week, the checks will take place on a daily basis.

In addition to more checks, records will now be kept of what updates took place when. This brings in more accountability on my part and provides clients with more information about the maintenance of their sites. No more will clients simply rely on me to do updates and hear nothing regarding what changes are being made. I will also do more site checks to ensure the updates do not potentially render your site useless and work more diligently to correct any issues that might arise.
